Information about bookings

Reservation Duration

Lunch Menu 11.30-3pm  -  2 hour reservations.
Dinner Menu 5pm - Late  -  2 hour reservations. Wed-Sun

We respectfully ask that you and all other booked guests are ready to be seated at the time of your reservation to ensure the best possible level of service to all of our guests. If you are running late, we kindly ask that you notify us by telephone at your earliest convenience. Your table will be held for 15 minutes after which time it may be allocated to another guest.

Please be courteous to the next guests by vacating the table on time. We may request a deposit to guarantee a table on busy days.

Table Allocation

We do our best to accommodate a large number of requests but unfortunately we cannot guarantee tables or specific areas when taking reservations. 
Please let us know in advance should you require space for pushchairs, wheelchairs or highchairs to help us allocate a table to suit these comfortably. Your understanding is appreciated.

Credit Card Pre-Authorisation Policy

We kindly request that you provide your credit card details to secure your reservation for all groups of 4 or more guests. Nothing will be charged to your card when making the booking. However, we ask that any cancellations be made no less than 24 hours prior. No-shows or late cancellations will incur a fee of $50 per person which will be applied to the credit card on file at the discretion of restaurant management.
