Our pizza dough is made using a 48 hour leavening technique. The pizza spends just a couple of minutes inside the 400 degree open fire oven creating an alchemy process that makes the dough fluffy inside and perfectly crunchy outside. Our oven is nourished by local cherry wood, branding our pizza with a unique flavour.
