    Commis Chef - Production & Catering

    Manolas Brothers Delicatessen is a Mediterranean deli, bar and bistro offering catering, patisserie and take home meals as well as a full a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner menu for up to 400 people per day.

    We have an opening for a Production Chef to join our team who can keep up the pace in an extremely busy kitchen. For the most part preparing take home meals and catering orders. You are a professional, team player, organised and efficient. Must be able to work productively as part of a team or autonomously on your own.

    This person will work amongst a team of highly organised and motivated chefs and will be offered 30+ hours per week. You must be available to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays. Early start, early finish.

    You will work with the highest quality produce and products from our delicatessen range amongst a team of internationally experienced and passionate professionals.

    The successful applicant will be qualified, have attention to detail and experience in a high volume kitchen. Must have a passion for the job with a positive and can do attitude. Must also be punctual with reliable transport. Opportunity for creative development.

    Experienced Dishwasher 

    Manolas Brothers Delicatessen has a role open for an experienced Dishwasher to work in a very fast paced kitchen. This is an opportunity to join a jolly, supportive kitchen crew and work for family owner/operators who genuinely care about their team members. Most of the team have worked here for years and others have returned.
    The role is suited to someone who has done this work previously and can keep up the pace with a positive attitude in a very busy kitchen.  
     
    Must have own reliable transport, be punctual and committed to supporting your team. 
    24+ hours per week 
    Above industry award on offer. Must be available to work weekends, days, nights.

    Line Chef

    We have an opening for a line chef to join our team who can keep up the pace in an extremely busy environment.

    This person will work amongst our current team of highly organised and motivated chefs and will be offered 30+ hours work per week or more and must be available to work a rotating roster including weekends, public holidays and some evenings.

    You will work with the highest quality produce and products from our delicatessen range amongst a team of internationally experienced and passionate professionals.

    Front of House Restaurant Supervisor 

    Manolas Brothers Delicatessen is a Mediterranean deli, bar and bistro offering catering, patisserie and take home meals as well as a full a la carte breakfast, lunch and dinner menu for up to 400 people per day.

    We have an opening for a Front of House Supervisor to join our team who can keep up the pace in an extremely busy environment and work well under pressure. You will have previous experience in a supervisor role with professional table service, restaurant hosting, be able to lead, support and delegate a team to create an enjoyable experience for your guests. 

    Must be available to work a 7 days rotating roster, including weekends.
